
Richard Gylgayton
Author of Winterland Nights
Richard Gylgayton received his Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California in 1975. From 1971 to 1978 he attended dozens of concerts at Winterland Ballroom then located at Post and Steiner Streets in San Francisco, where Bill Graham featured acts like Pink Floyd, David Bowie, The Grateful Dead, Genesis, Todd Rundgren, The Who, and Bruce Springsteen, among many others. After a career as an Information Technology professional, he retired to live in the Pacific Northwest and write full time. Winterland Nights is the first volume in a projected series of three memoirs.
